Did you every wonder how all of those monthly newsletters get assembled so they're ready to go out to our members each month?

This service is currently handled by the women in the W.E.L.C.A. circles (Women of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America are bible study/fellowship groups for women).  Each circle takes turns assembling the newsletters for two months at a time and they generally take care of this during or following one of their circle meetings.
